Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment with Temple Touch Massage, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling a session.

Services Provided

Temple Touch Massage provides mobile therapeutic massage services in the Las Vegas Valley area. Our services include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques designed to address chronic pain and muscle tension.

Important: Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice. If you have a medical condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy.

Booking and Payment

Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or through our online booking system
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment
  • Remaining balance is due at the time of service

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, etc.). HSA/FSA receipts are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full deposit refund or reschedule at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit may be forfeited
  • No-show: Full session fee may be charged

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information and disclose any conditions that may affect your massage
  • Inform the therapist of any discomfort during the session
  • Provide a clean, safe, and appropriate space for the massage (approximately 7x3 feet of clear floor space)
  • Behave in a respectful and professional manner
  • Be present and ready at your scheduled appointment time

Health Disclosure

Please inform us before your session if you have any of the following:

  • Recent surgery or injuries
  • Skin conditions or open wounds
  • Cardiovascular conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • Cancer or history of cancer
  • Blood clots or circulation issues
  • Any condition that may be affected by massage therapy

Professional Conduct

Temple Touch Massage provides legitimate therapeutic massage services only. Any inappropriate requests or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and you may be refused future services.

Liability Limitation

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective treatment, massage therapy may occasionally result in temporary soreness, bruising, or other minor effects. By booking a session, you acknowledge these possibilities and agree that Temple Touch Massage is not liable for any adverse effects that may occur.

We carry $2 million in professional liability insurance for your protection.

Service Area

We provide mobile services within a 30-mile radius of downtown Las Vegas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
